Mr mohsin assisted me! Great guy and a go to guy as well. Has alot of knowledge on sofas and great advice aswell. Got to meet that guy when you go there! You wont regret it

Fantastic. We had a very warm welcome from a salesperson called Oliver. He asked what we were looking for, and our requirements were very specific because of access problems. He immediately took us upstairs in the disabled lift and showed us a perfect sofa. It was a lot more money, but when he explained that the seats were sprung and not foam and it would last 10 years or more. He also explained that the back was debatable and also the arms, so access was no problem. It would also be assembled by the delivery men. So consequently we were sold. I didn't want leather as the display model was, and I was given a wide choice of fabrics and colours.The whole experience was excellent, and this was only the first shop out of about 4 on the retail park. I would definitely recommend them, especially Oliver.

Very disappointed. First they sent me wrong sofas after waiting for so long. Then they brought me the right sofas and just threw them inside the door and didn't even resemble for me and left.What kind kind of service you providing to your customers. Very unhappy and disappointed ????

We went in with an open mind to looking at a new sofas but we was harassed from 10 seconds after entry. A large plump female just wouldn't leave us alone, she was listening to everything we said and followed us around the shop both ground and upper floors and even harassed us down the stairs to the front door despite us telling her we will call her over if we see anything we like. She was then informed that nothing was what we wanted and that for the quality and price dfs and sofology offered better value and quality and she still tried to pressure us in a sale. Never again, awful sales approach and the worse we've ever experienced.

If there were 0 stars that?s what I would have put!! Sales woman put our order through wrong at the time of purchase. 2 sofas one the wrong size to what we was shown and both the wrong colour we had ordered. Scs took no responsibility at all and wanted to charge me £200 to return one of them. Avoid purchasing anything from this store they don?t care . One of the sofas has a terrible creaking noise , you are just given an email address to send a video of the noise to a subcontractor yourself scs don?t even arrange an engineer to visit ?sort it yourself!!! Waste of money and cheap quality. I thought they would be a good reliable company to buy from?wow was i wrong?avoid!!

Went to scs at fossepark and we have a lovely and friendly person called Charlie he was professional can?t ask for a better person very help very good service. Nothing was too much for him. would recommend for his service for anyone

Sofa was delivered on time but there is a problem in sofa and I had reported within 10 days I received it. Service is very poor as engineer is coming and taking photos and saying they will report it to company. Now it's been 5 months and they are still saying that it will take more time.
