Usually a quick transaction, but be prepared for a long wait at times. Sign of the times, unfortunately - No staff. Lots of customers. Also, what's the point of a clock n collect if it's not ready to collect... even the check-in nonsense made no difference.

I went to the store today and was served by a very rude duty manager Colin!! He was so rude and disrespectable towards me and my brother. I did not see the tablets at the door to use and went straight to the counter! Just because I went to the counter and he had to serve me, he became rude. Other customers instore noticed his behaviour towards us and challenged him about this and said where's your customer! He made us feel humiliated and insulated in front of everyone. I will be taking this further and making an official complaint about him, he's ment to be a duty manager and does not have any respect how to speak to customers. I will never use that store again!

Not big store, average size parking spaces, some items cheap some cheaper at competitors store. Good quick service when not busy.

Easy to findLots of parkingSeems quite big for a ScrewfixEven have tablets on the wall so if you have booked online you can check in there. Bit like the doctors.Did ask for my ID tho on a £3 purchase I was collecting but can?t fault I guess as they are doing their job

nobody interested in long queues in this screwfix..worst experience..took 25 mins to order stuff .. big no to this screwfix..8-9 customers went back bcz of queue.????
