I mainly use the post office on a daily basis. One of the ladies there Ruksaa is very kind and helpful. Very pleased with the service

I started using this post office as it was close to where I live and convenient. But the staff behind the counter are so softly spoken it's hard to hear what they say. Am not deaf but they really need to try and speak up.

I rang to ask if my parcel is there and they were so fussy to help me,made excuses and told me to come in.Lady was rude as hell as usual and she hung up on me twice….,After a while of talking to them they told me my parcel wasn’t there - it’s like they hired monkeys at the post office
