Do not enter this shop absolute rude and aggressive staff who accuse people without evidence of things like shoplifting.

The place is clean. The staff are nice. But I feel like I've walked into a maximum security prison. Got told I can't take my laptop bag into the store? Bars all over windows. Staff behind bullet proof glass. Every other item behind glass or tied to the shelf. It's bizzare and uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I'm at a loss.

I wish I never waited for a staff member at the till I should have used the self scan. The fact that the till did not have a scan I missed out on my bonus points. I did not know that would happen with the man typing my card number.

One of the worst stores I have seen in Leicester I came before 4 mins to close n they didn't let me buy medicine. Security is rude n very bad attitude.

Very good little branch.
Close to the train station.
Always has reasonably good offers on products especially alcohol.
Afternoons one can find discounts also and it's worth checking those out.
Has a small bakery section.
Also has some good speciality food sections.

Would just like to say a huge thank you to the lovely lady that served me on 11/04/24. I accidentally spilled my coffee all over the till and she was so courteous and kind in helping clean it up as well as giving me some extra paper towels to clean up myself.
Everyone at the store is doing an amazing job

Expensive but decent enough. The cardboard cutout of a police office is condescending and unnecessary. Makes the place look bad.

Very poor customer experience. I went back to return an item (within 1 hour of purchase) in the store and was denied return. I showed the transaction details/date/time and the card details but no support.

Very nice shop to use by the train station, as an alternative to Tesco.

No self check outs in this branch which is great. Stock availability is good. Seems to attract a weird crowd outside at odd times in the day.
