It?s absolutely rubbish now since they had a new pharmacist they don?t dispense medication for more then a week and never respond to a phone calls it?s either engaged or keeps ringing the whole situation is pathetic and I am strongly thinking about leaving after more than ten years of good service from the old pharmacist he was so good never let anyone down.

I went in twice in 2 days. Helpful nice people behind the counter. Didn?t have what I needed second time I went it as it?s quite a bespoke item however provided appropriate replacement.Genuinely helpful people. Also double checked with me around my purchase to ensure I wasn?t buying the wrong thing. (Which I nearly did)

Recently got severely downhill. After doctors forward my prescription I go to pick up. Said sorry not in we?ll have it tomorrow I said fine. I called this morning to ask if they had my prescription they said yes and I said are you sure? Which he replies ?I just told you yes!? Extremely rude. So I go down today to pick up my prescription and they don?t have it! Absolute ridiculous will be changing my nominated pharmacy as soon as possible. Feel sorry for elderly people who have to deal with this too. Shocking

Dreadful service,,,,,cant get medication after several visits and calls but then says came at 12 so yes he can.!!! Not great on other occasions either.Needs to update in his approach and be in line with other phatmacies.Wont be going back in a hurry.

I needed some medicine for travel sickness and the pharmacist (Mr Virendra Veghala, name and pharmacy reg number in attached photo) is by far one of the rudest people I have ever come across. I have been wanting to post this review for a while but my health denied me the chance to until now. I stopped by this Rowlands pharmacy to ask if they had some tablets for travel sickness, they had around 20-25mins before closing time. The lady who deals with sales over the counter was busy with another customer so the pharmacist came and asked what I needed. I specified the medicine I wanted and could see it behind him but he denied its existence and just bluntly told me that they don't have those tablets for travel sickness and he insisted that they didn't stock them and he pointed at another random travel sickness tablet which I did not want. I tried explaining to him that I can see them behind him and he said that those weren't for travel sickness. He then rudely told me to leave if there was nothing else to discuss and I asked him why he was asking so rudely for me to leave and he told me because they had to shut shop despite there still being another customer and still ten minutes left until closing. I told him that this is the first time I'd ever been told in a pharmacy to leave while there was still more customers and still a reasonable amount of time until closing and I asked why he was being so rude and he just said that he wasn't. I had an appointment I had to get to so I decided to go and come back when I got the opportunity in a few days to clarify why the pharmacist was being so rude and awkward towards me. A few days later I dropped by at the pharmacy to one of the counter staff and asked to speak to Mr Virendra Veghala . I asked him if he remembered me and then he rudely and bluntly asked me what I wanted and I explained this to him that I was asking for those tablets for travel sickness and that he was being absolutely adamant that they weren't for travel sickness, to which he replied and said that he knew they were for travel sickness. So I then asked him why he was completely shutting me down when I was trying to ask about those same tablets just a few days prior and he rudely and loudly said to me that he knew I was up to no good asking for those tablets which is why he didn't want to acknowledge them to me. This made me absolutely furious. I have a well educated background and I come from a family where education and respect is extremely important. I shouldn't be made to feel like I'm some kind of criminal just by asking for some travel sickness tablets! Mr Virendra Veghala needs to have a good look at himself in the mirror and should consider wether he himself would like to be treated in such a manner if our roles were reversed because I honestly feel disgusted by how poorly I was treated. I went there to clear the air and he made the situation so much worse by accusing me of some foul and disgusting actions which were not warranted one single bit and he behaved in such a way with impunity , instead of cooling the situation he just added more fuel to the fire. If I could give 0 stars out of five I would because this pharmacy doesn't deserve a single star.

very bad pharmacy. the pharmacist sells stuff illegally under the counter, might want to get that checked out. they also refused me a sale and said that they saved the item for someone else but i witnessed the dispenser hide one right infront of my eyes. customer service was very poor, the pharmacist didnt acknowledge what i actually came in for and just ignored the fact that my condition could get worse however because he 'saved' the product for another women even though there was spare and they had no reason to not sell it to me as i am on no other medication so legally they should of sold it but yh very bad pharmacy

Worst service everBooked DPD CourierSelected to drop of and print labels in shop as it was showing online that there print labels in shop.When I took the parcel to the shop the staff was so rude to me.Saying we are not here to print labels for you we are pharmacists.
