We were looking for a venue for our Cricket Club reunion, decided on the Café Roma on Friday 4th July. We were given the whole of the upstairs for our reunion.
We were not disappointed, the food was outstanding, the service brilliant. We all had a wonderful evening.
Thanks to all the staff at Café Roma for making our time with you so special.

Lovely pre-theatre meal. Best pasta I have had for a long while and really enjoyed the tiramisu! Service was very good from friendly staff and all at a very reasonable price. Will definitely book again.

We drove 7 hours from Cornwall so my friend could have authentic Italian. This us the best place bar non for a Italian experience. Fresh homemade food. Excellent service and fantastic prices. We refuse to go anywhere else. The meatballs, carbonara and lasagne are perfect. If the portion looks small...... Do not fear! You will leave satisfied. We will be back!

1st visit in about 25 years.
Recommend you book as it was busy. ( in a nice way ) food superb . Service was superb despite the fact it was busy.
And a lovely atmosphere inside.
If your thinking of booking do so.

Been my first choice eatery in Leicester for nearly 2 decades - but I'm not keen on the this apparent new policy of letting people reserve the downstairs tables. Used to be the case if you wanted to book a table it was upstairs and downstairs was for casual trade.
Twice now I've walked in and sat down only to realise there's a reserved sign on the table... and the one next to it. Sometimes not until 45 mins hence. Not good. Feels like a snub to those of us are more spontaneous souls. Maybe fits in with their business plan and might even be more profitable.
Not for me anymore. Shame.
