One of my Fav places to shop when in the UK. I love their clothes, shoes, bags and jewelry for women. They do also have a men's sections and the stuff in there are pretty cool as well. The items I purchased were on sale and I got a good deal on them. Service was good as well.

Got called difficult by for returning my items purchased 10mins earlier, had chose what I wanted online and popped to Foss to pick them up, got my stuff and paid, felt it was to expensive compared to my basket online, sure enough it was £16. cheaper online? I went back and said and first thing (the girl with brown long hair working in the mens dep at 13/07/23 till 105 TX 1014 12:39) Did was roll her eyes, huff and she say your just being difficult? I said its principle and its £16.00 difference! I said you want to learn some manners and she said "I" swore, I said no I didn't, so she was trying to validate she rudeness and cover her tracks in her managers eyes, she was looking for trouble and confrontation, like others are that are reviewing her. I asked for a full refund its a total of £92.10 and she snapped and said your only getting £92.00 because we don't refund bags you can keep it! I said no that's not happening your taking liberty's. Horrible argumentative confrontational unprofessional boundary pushing untrained staff, will lie to cover up her rudeness and push your bottoms to get a reaction, toxic worker there River Island

Your usual River Island store, nothing out of the ordinary but also the good standards you expect. The store is spacious, has a variety of things in store and the staff are also friendly. I came to visit the men?s section which is upstairs, and the women?s downstairs.
