The shop floor is neat and tidy however the management aren?t great. Managers are racist and islamophobic.

Very poor customer service ,I Tried a jumper from the men section and went down to bill it the staff standing there angrily asked me to take the hanger of the jumper away Even though he was there, he didn't even have the courtesy to smile at the customer or ask if they needed any help .7/10/24

Went to store and was absolutely appalled by how the manager an older blonde lady with glasses was treating other staff members that were a lot younger and possibly less experienced than her.
That one person is enough to put everyone off from shopping in that store .

I spent £393.20 at the Fosse Park branch, but accidentally purchased an oversized t-shirt (£22). When I tried to return it, they refused because the price tag was removed. Very disappointing customer service experience.

I rate this store for 1 star not for the product but the staff behaving is disgusting I went to shopping with my kids one the staff rude with my kids and the staff telling to other customers about my kids it?s not good. They should treat customers equally. This store is not kids friendly. If they not like kids please put the sign mark as Kids not allow. Kid are kids

The staff leaves a lot to be desired... an employee followed me around the store asking me why I put the bag in the cart, explaining that I hadn't finished shopping and had nowhere to keep it... in the end, of course, I paid for everything I bought, but very bad for her because she insulted me personally 0
