Amazing customer service from Ratby Garage. First time called in for advice with resolving an issue on my car - friendly, helpful and very reasonable. They don't expect you to know exactly what is wrong with your car nor how to resolve it yourself. Had to find a new place to take my car as been let down by the previous mechanic who had serviced my car for years. Thank you Guys for your advice - a great help and much appreciated. Recommend local mechanics like yourselves?.

Figured I'd try a local garage and support local business - £150 for an exhaust flexi (£30 max for the part) fitted. It's 2 bolts, 4 if you count taking off the old one. No invoice provided for the work completed either, I was hoping to see how they'd fluff £30 to £150. First and last job they'll be doing for me. Greedy.

Speedy call out to deal with a dead battery on my car, they took it away, changed the battery and returned the vehicle within hours. Top class

Great service garage. Fixed my corsa van brakes promptly and got me back on the road. Cheaper than first quoted. Highly recommend will definitely use this garage in future.
