Cannot thank the owner Hussein enough for a first class service. He goes out of his way to make sure your UPS parcels will reach their destination in the correct manner. Only place I could find where they will print your label for you!!! Amazing service.

I went into this family run business today to return some Amazon parcels and had a lovely conversation with the very friendly husband and wife team who run and manage this store. The store seems very well stocked with a lot of different DIY and technical items and the store owners are really friendly and amiable. I was pleased as I managed to get my return completed within a few moments - and the service was delivered with a smile. Thanks to you guys for the great service and experience.Keep up the great work, best of luck for the future!

Hard working lad. Fair play. Always willing to help and tries their best?. But damaged my watch when he couldn?t do a battery. I?d recommend this shop but only for DIY stuff and keys and tools.

Truly a one stop shop. I spent a week online looking for all the stuff I needed for a personal project. I got frustrated as everything was overpriced. I went to this store and got everything I needed for a fraction of the prices online. He took his time to find me the most suitable items and threw in a nice discount. A beautiful shop run by two beautiful people, Hussain and Fatema. Quality goods for all needs at discount shop prices and and any amount of trouble taken to fulfill all needs.They have also been fantastic neighbours to me as I have lived alone during lockdown. The brother and sister that I have never had.I am truly blessed.

Came on Saturday to pick up some parcels as the shop is a UPS collection point. It was closed all day even though on the internet it said it should be open 9-5pm. Rang the shop constantly but there was no answer. Very worried now about how I am going to pick up my parcels! Another lady was also outside the shop for the same reason and was very angry!
