Great shopping experience at Primark. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. The store was also easy to navigate thanks to the clear and visible signboards, which made finding everything I needed a breeze. It was a smooth and enjoyable shopping .

Pro. Nice clean store with good variety and stock. Free parking
Con. Very long queues even in off leak periods. Only 5 of 24 tills open on my last visit and around 10mins waiting in the line.
No seats to have a rest like other Primarks.

Fatimah.S gave outstanding customer service back in Oct 2024. I?d travelled from Nottingham for a pair of Shrek slippers for my 17 year old daughter (who was having short notice stand-by major surgery the next day) as a surprise, as they?d sold out in Nottingham. There was none out in Fosse Park but Fatimah checked the back and found me some. Quite often staff don?t check and just say ?if it?s not out we?ve not got any?, standard cba, but Fatimah showed class customer service and I hope you go far. Thank you. My daughter loved and still loves them, you made her whole hospital stay complete!

Disgusting state of a store, dust everywhere products and rubbish in the floor, all before opening.
Get a tetanus jab before coming in as they don't believe in cleanliness!

Was shopping here on the 3rd and had a fainting spell in the first floor checkout! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and most of all patient which made me feel a lot less embarrassed. Hugely thankful to them all

came here to check out the hello kitty collection i?ve seen being advertised online. couldn?t find any of that particular stock at all and the shop was just a mess :(

Very rude security guard at Fosse Park Leicester Primark store. No manners at all and talking to customer like that is Appalling. Letting some people in and not others. Not a nice shopping experience would not recommend. Looks like power goes to someone's head.
