Booking error on Premier side at hotel which receptionist had to rectify.
Room was not cleaned. Sugar and food crumbs on the couch. Bathroom: has black mould between tiles and round shower base and dust build up in corners and around skirting. No drinking water glasses and minimum complimentary items.

I had a fantastic experience at Premier Inn and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed, from a very comfy bed to a well equipped bathroom, The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.

I spent 4 days here as had a funeral and it was absolutely lovely the staff couldn?t do enough for me and so friendly will miss them. Room was superb very clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

Excellent Stay ? Highly Recommended!
I recently stayed at Premier Inn and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable ? the bed in particular was amazing and gave me a great night?s sleep.
The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and surprisingly quiet at night. I also really appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the modern bathroom. Breakfast the next morning was delicious with plenty of hot and cold options, and the restaurant staff were attentive and cheerful.
Overall, Premier Inn delivered excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations. I?ll definitely be booking again soon ? highly recommended!

A small hotel in a quiet country location. Great customer service from Chris who made me feel welcomed and at ease when I arrived. Room was perfect for my needs and it was lovely that one of the cleaners called Pauline offered me room service in the morning as I wasn't expecting it. A very nice place to stay if you're in need of some peace and quiet.

Lovely hotel, beautiful location in quiet area. lovely staff who are friendly and helpful. no breakfast or meals available at the moment but plenty of places to eat at not far away.

Stayed here over the Easter holidays for a family wedding, hotel was very clean staff was really nice, ill defos be back stating here for the next family wedding

We liked our stay very much! Clean rooms, nice staff. We were staying here for a wedding and even though the location is a bit outside of Leicester, this was very convenient for us.
