We have been using Previous Care since January for my father. He needed support with getting showers in the morning following a fall in which he fractured his femur.He has been really pleased with the all of the carers who have attended.The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that carers were sometimes late attending but that is not really surprising given the amount of traffic around at 8.30 am!We have been able to communicate with the office easily to cancel appointments if not needed or to change times if needed.Dad is now confident enough to no longer require these visits but we would certainly come back to Previous Care if this should change in the future!

The care given to my husband at his time of need was wonderful. The carers especially lovely Agnes also Bridgett,Cynthia,Charity and Mercy were all truly kind to T as he was needing their extra care.

This company and its carers are truly amazing. They helped my family keep my grandmother at home for 5 months before she moved into residential care last week. All of the carers that came were truly kind and caring towards my grandmother, myself and family. They saw to my grandmothers needs on a daily basis. Once they understand your needs and expectations they go all out to try and accommodate. Thanks to all of the team! Lewis :)

The care and kindness these people have shown my mum has been absolutely outstanding. We were quite concerned when we realised the level of care she was going to need but every single one of the carers that have looked after my mum has been amazing. They are kind, considerate and they put us all at ease at a time when everything was very overwhelming for us. I hope they continue to do mums care for as long as necessary.

Their services are of good standards. The carers are always prompt in their timing and they come wearing full PPE.They are very compassionate and always ask what needs to be done.

Absolutely disgusting care given! Heard so many bad things about this company and would agree with the reviews above! Clients would be treated better in a dog kennel, 0 Rating!!! Do NOT Use this company.

Totally agree with the previous review, I Would also score 0, but not on scaleMy dad also had this agency looking after him, if you call it that. The care he received was to a very poor standard (my dad asked one of the carers to feed the cat one day and they gave him custard cream biscuits)and he was never given the time he required to meet his needs, even though the time had been garanted, they were always late and the communication was very poor

Would score 0 but not on scale used no hope for my dad always late one carer thought I had gone out whole he was caring for my dad little did he no I was in bedroom and all the while my dad was in his care for 2 hours the carer was on his mobile phone speaking in his own launage, would NEVER use this company again my dad would be more safer in a boarding kennel

Useless care staffComes at different times and sometime don?t tirn upStaff don?t know how to cook an egg as they pointed out they didn?t have a clue how to cook eggs, swede also pointed out they could not cook vegetables as they didn?t enough time yet had enough time to stand around and also did not do the time they were suppose toMost staff have a poor command of the English languageDo not recommend these people to even look after a dog !!
