This opening hours for sending off parcels are false. It says they?re open until 6:30 so when I have taken my parcels before this time they have told me they can?t take my parcels after 6. So today I took my parcels at 5:10 and one elderly man sent me to another till as his counter was closed at 5. When I went to the second till, this man muttered saying that they?re closed. I had told him that I have come before and was told they stop taking parcels at 6. Not only this but I was also sent to this counter by the old man. He then said ?the man that does the parcels is ill and I?m not trained to do parcels?. He rudely walked off and then I was approached by who I assume is the manager. He then told me that this counter is locked and closed for the day and i have to go somewhere else or come back tomorrow. Absolutely terrible customer service. I don?t recommend using them for postal services.

Worst post office ever!! Always a problem there it?s always closed when it?s meant to be open and no one knows what they are doing, what?s the point

OPENING HOURS 9-5pm. NOT 9-6:30.Apparently it is supposed to be 9-6:30 but staff refuse to work to 6:30? That?s what another staff member implied.I?ll be failing a complaint directly through Royal Mail; hopefully they correct hours soon.

Showed up at 16:15 to use the Post Office, online it states it closes at 17:00, and on the post office website it says 18:30. We went to the desk and noticed both positions were closed, so we went to the main till..The man behind the counter says the post office is closed, we asked why online it states it's open, and he replies rudely, 'No, it's closed'. I won't be using their service again

I found the post office in Nether Hall to be very fast in serving the customers and knows what hes doing I visit the Post Office everyday posting my CLICK AND DROP to my eBay customers and im always looked after by the Officer in charge....I found that this was the best Post Office to do all my postal needs Thank you for being there for me ......Dorothy

I was over charged recently and when I pointed out the postage cost, Hakim said I do not set the prices, and made a very sarcastic comment towards me.He needs to be trained in basic customer care. As this guy has lost the plot.I would never reccomend this post office to anyone.I will be taking this up with royalmail and making an official complaint. If he can not handle the job, he should quit..He is a very rude, aggressive person.BEWARE OF HAKIM.

Some of the staff are lovely but the Asian lady behind the counter is very rude, she charged me for more items than I had and when I told her she tried telling me Iâ??m wrong when I wasnâ??t

I actually hate coming to this post office due to the grumpy Asian lady who is constantly in a bad mood. She is extremely rude doesnâ??t even greet you, she takes ages to serve you and when she does finally serve you she says absolutely nothing and stands there with the most vile blank face. Rubbish customer service, I expect more from post office. Please get new staff!!

Do not use! The guy serving me was rude and unhelpful, then he totally overcharged me for my postage, when asked to double check he insisted he was right. Took my parcels to another post office and I was charged half the price.

The Asian lady behind the counter is absolutely disgusting. She has an awful attitude and sometimes she might even shout at you if you don't press the green button after she's finished counting your money you want bank. I've reported her a year ago and nothing has been done, she's even worse now so if I was you I'd try to avoid her at all costs because her attitude will put you in a bad mood
