The service at the post office has been outstanding. The gentleman in glasses makes returning my 100's of parcels and sending post to friends abroad painless. He is professional and courteous. I couldn?t ask for more. Also I experienced wonderful service on many occasions from the lady and the bearded gentleman there. I am a fully veiled woman of color and I have never felt discriminated. We are very happy to have this post office and its people so close by. Thank you all.

Old man with glasses (owner I'm guessing) working there is really grumpy and takes advantage of you! I had taken a parcel to return one day and had written it on a piece of paper. I forgot to sellotape it down onto the parcel and asked him for some tape. He refused to give me tape! He told me to buy tape from the store. I told him that I was using his service and its a tiny bit of tape I needed. He still refused to give me any and said if he did that for everyone, then it would cost them. What a way to do business! Recetnly, a girl wears glasses has the same unacceptable mannerism as the owner. She upsold me postage that was unnecessary!! Realised after I got home. Daylight robbery!

I'm not sure about the other reviews, but I've been going to these guys for years and never once have I caught them in a bad mood or being unhelpful. They are very sincere and extremely helpful. I can't fault them on anything. If you are put off by the other reviews then please don't as I can assure you that they are extremely nice people.

The worst post office in Leicester.They?re even trying to scam people on the conversion rates that post office website offers and what they offer in store. I drove to another post office 1 minute away who honoured it.

The serving gentleman during my visit was blunt, impolite and grumpy, very unpleasant to experience; I will avoid this post office as far as I can in the future.I sincerely hope for his sake that he is not treated with the same disdain in the future.We seek expertise because we are not ourselves familiar with the system, and it would be good character to explain with courtesy, politeness and welcoming to required clarification.

I agree totally with people who have sent critical reviews about the guy with the beard. He is clueless about how to address customers. His attitude is utterly disgraceful. I am a regular user of this post office and had no problems with the previous owner. My letters are all prepaid and go through the checking device effortlessly. Yesterday he refused to take the letters to post. I had to go to another post office four miles away and did not have any problems at all.I am an elderly person and having to go to another post office miles away is absolutely not acceptable.The Royal Mail has to look into this matter urgently

The guy with a beard and mustache will be reported to Royal Mail group for not accepting parcels that fit the Royal Mail criteria when we print pre-paid labels online for click-and-drop service. He made me pay for a Postal Stamp because he does not make commission on pre-paid postage. This branch will need a review conducted and investigation carried out. I will be sending a formal complaint to Royal Mail Groups of this particular branch. Next time I will go in, I will be video recording and send it on FB for my large followers to see this con trying to get slick. Fix up or someone else will fix it up for you.
