What a lovely post office. Needed help with some photocopying. One of the guys pops out from behind the counter and dealt with everything. Most friendly.

Good experience. Can be a bit slow on Monday and few other times but that's due to the amount of business customers coming in with bulk parcels etc. They always try their best to help people. Could do with one more counter but lack of space prevents that which is understandable

Always FANTASTIC SERVICE, I have been to other branches in Leicester the one on Barkby Road and Astil Lodge. And the service was awful. They didn't give me all the delivery options as the Leire Street branch. You have to que but its worth the wait. Won't ever be going to another branch of post office. Unless I'm not in Leicester. My FAVOURITE has to be the little uncle who works there. He is always smiling and super polite. He is the best. Great post office ever.

Would be nice if you could have put your revised opening hours on this website. Or have a telephone answer service that gives said information! Spent unecessary time walking to your post office to find you closed!

Very lazy staff ???? one guy is working there with glasses and white hair he don't have got brean. Nonsense. He help only his friends. If you ask some questions how to fill the form he start crying and he seid i don't know sorry. I don't know why in this post office working this type of people lazy and sheet staff
