Pizzas use to be lovely but have gone up in price and down in quality. They have no flavour and always turn up cold. They have also changed the crust on the pizza making it so slip it hardly has one. Absolutely awful !!

Do not buy any cheese cake from this takeaway as I recently brought one from here and now I am suffering with food poisoning the cheese cake was frozen it was rock solid and it has been in the freezer for a long time the food I got there was fine I got a chicken burger the fries were like cardboard I do not recommend this takeaway anymore lazy staff this place has gone right down hill.

Been a loyal customer for a long time. But I was sadly really let down at the weekend.
After placing an order through the app. We waited and 'Food was on the way' after waiting 20 mins after the specified time. I phoned the 1st time only to be told our food hadn't even been cooked they missed it. 20 mins. I said okay no worries.
30 mins later I phoned again. The man was very rude and said it is with the driver and will be 10-15 mins then he hung up.
30 mins later (should have gave up) I called again to be greeted with poor attitude and told it will be 10-15 mins. When I said you said that last time could I speak to manager he said he's away. I asked if I could have money off the order he said manager is not in no. Food will be 10-15 mins.
Finally after over 2 hours wait I called again and the same man answered and told me the driver has it 10-15 mins apparently he had been to the wrong house twice and hung up.
Food arrived 5 mins after. Luke warm and far below the usual standard.
I am hoping the manager sees this and can explain how standards were allowed to drop so so far below normal.
It's put me off ordering again but it's been a family favourite since before the new ownership. So I guess we will see.

Only recently used this place since changed owners, now the food is good and pizza is not swimming in grease. Definitely recommend this place, I've only used collection so can't comment on delivery .

I?m extremely disappointed with my experience. The food was almost 2 hours late, and there was no update on Uber Eats. We had to call the restaurant three times, and every time we spoke to the person handling orders, they were incredibly unprofessional. Instead of offering any real explanation or solution, they just kept extending the delivery time and told us it would be "very late." This was beyond frustrating, and when we asked for a more specific time, they couldn?t provide one. The lack of communication and professionalism made the entire experience unacceptable. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

This was are 1st time ordering after getting a flyer through the door. The gentleman on the phone was lovely and polite, the food (pizzas) came on time and was pipping hot.Great food will defo order again 5??
