Some great vegan cheeses and options brought down by ingredients that make you wince, and crusts that are inconsistent. The pizza arrived very quickly, but I assumed this to be a bad aspect as it arrived undercooked. The underside of the pizza was almost sponge-like whilst the sides were cracked and dry. The cheese was actually pretty good but it is brought down by ingredients that have a taste that makes you physically make a sour face. I'm unsure if the ingredients are out of date or simply Grilled for way too long, but either way they have a very harsh nasty taste. Coupled with the soft base, unfortunately this was a disappointing experience which was only saved by the rapid delivery and at least (borderline) edible pizza.

The Worst Pizza Hut Company i have ever come across. Say away from Pizza Hut London Road. They are extremely Rude. SAY AWAY FROM PIZZA HUT LONDON ROAD. Vegetarian options: THE WORST PIZZA HUT COMPANY

I've had Pizza Hut in about 5 other cities and against my better judgement/preview experience with this store I decided to order again only because family convinced me that perhaps now with time "the store will have changed management and staff may have changed and the service would be better".. Nope. It hasn't. I tend to order from this store every one or two years and each time there is always SOMETHING wrong with the order, they never fail to disappoint. These are what I remember - Pizzas were cold (2.5 miles down the road) - Pizza had no dip included - Pizza has the smallest amount of toppings (I remember sending photos to the manager via whatsapp) and today.. - Missed out on sides.. so have to have that redelivered, won't be here until we've already finished our meal - The cheese in the stuffed crust is barely warm .. resembles rubber.. Had to call the number 3 times before it was answered and was told they would deliver the missed sides, still waiting. I know what you're thinking, it's Friday.. they're "busy" and these things 'happen'.. but consistently? come on. Pizza Hut need to wake up and hire new staff at this franchised store.. How on earth does this restaurant have 3 stars? Are they perhaps fake reviews? Is the Pizza Hut organisation actually aware of what's going on here?

Took ringing the phone 4 times before answering, very rude and blunt didn't help what so ever and then put the phone down on me. I like pizza hut but this experience made eat elsewhere! Would question my loyalty towards this chain

We order pizzas online and they always come from this one. I can?t remember having any issues in the past! They?re always on time that we?d order it for.

Love this Pizza Hut! Me and my boyf always order from here and delivery is always fast, hot and very polite and friendly. Last night I forgot to order a dip online and when I phoned they were very kind about it. Only bad thing is sometimes they forget garlic sprinkles (the best bit of the crust) but they've given me a whole free pizza to make up for that in the past :) 10/10 always our go to for pizza cravings.

The indian lady in the front is extremely rude and has not accommodating at all. Its better if she gets fired rather than serving in a customer facing environment. Management please look into this.

Poor quality. Arrived 45 minutes after it left the store so it arrived cold. The pizza it's self just fell apart, there was barely any tomato sauce base on the pizza at all. It hadn't even been cut all the way through properly. Never going here again. P John's is 10000% times better!!! Don't waste your time or money on this place

The Gentleman on the Phone are well mannered with lots of patients and also delivery are on time and the pizzas are piping Hot .

Need to learn how to use a cutting wheel. Poor. Very poor. Base was also quite chewy. Won't use again. Stick to Melton road.

TERRIBLE experience. Ordered a large stuffed crust pizza / sides and desert. The crust was not stuffed little to 0 cheese in them. The pizza was undercooked which ruined the taste completely.\\n\\nThe wings were so salty I had to throw them away. low and behold even the cookie was incorrect as I order white chocolate.\\n\\nIf I could give a 0 I would. had I not paid online I would have taken the pizza back for a full refund.

Very unprofessional management and service, ordered a pizza two weeks ago, to find a foreign object in it, pizza was not edible, been waiting about 2-3 weeks just for a refund, manager is extremely rude and has no levels of customer service, will not be ordering from this hut in future, be careful when ordering, from here be sure to check your pizza for objects on it, as cleanliness of this hut is a 0.
