Pre booked food for party of 9 Xmas night out mentioning allergies..service was poor waited over 2 hours for the mains where one pizza arrived with no cheese! And the others were soggy in the middle..
The allergy information was ignored and food sent out containing this!
We cleared our own table as there seemed not to be many staff..the waiter who then said he was the manager was very flustered and rude...
Rubbish food and rude staff..don't bother even if you pre book your food you will be waiting hours!

Overcharged.. had 2 lunch time offers £12.00 and kids meal £7.95 and charged £ 12.90 for cola ?? Won?t be returning staff not happy and mangers standing around .. no crayons for menu given to children!
Bill 49.50 !!! Didn?t notice till got home . Won?t be returning!

Very slow service, waited almost one hour for our mains. Asked the waiter how long the mains would be as we had plans, he said he'd check and then confirmed it would be around 5 mins. When I queried this almost 30mins later, I was accused of mishearing. Won't be returning.

shocking" pasta". Supposed to have had Pollo Parmegiano al forno pasta. This was not " al forno" it was just some few penne pasta (very small) portion thrown on the plate witn a burnt breaded chicken, pasta was COLD, no Gran Milano cheese no parsley etc.do not go here and do not buy such a thing as you will be out of pocket for nothing.

The initial waiter huffed and puffed because we hadn?t pre booked?.it was a Tuesday evening with plenty of empty tables not did they have to turn anyone away as we took up a table of 2. The pizza was a bit cold or went cold very quickly because of the cold plate and still tasted a bit doughy/slightly undercooked. Pizza express in Market Harborough is far better.

Racist man at front desk (shame if he is the manager!) seating people. Attiitude the moment we walked in. Passive Aggressive. Waiting for a table. White man walks in after us no booking. The seater person calls him "Sir and says I will.seat you in a booth sir." smirks down his nose at us. We get a table in the middle of the floor. The booth is for 2 to 3 people. After sitting down, we realised this seater man's white supremacist attitude was pretty rubbish. We got up and left. ahe smirked and never asked if everything was OK and watched us leave. The little Asian waitress asked if everything f was OK and if she could help. What a star. Here we are now sitting in another restaurant the best food in Leicester, in a great atmosphere with great staff. Pizza Express Management sort it out . We can't be the only ones. Call it Standing up Against Indirect and Direct Racism

Wanted a table for 4 there were plenty of tables available but the manager on the door seemed very reluctant to give us a table we did eventually get one but it felt very rushed and like they just wanted us out

Very good customer service!
Our visit was a while ago now, but I have been meaning to write a review to praise the customer service.
We came here for lunch before a show, and a noisy family with young children sat behind us. I have autism, so I am sensitive to noise, and was feeling overwhelmed/overstimulated.
I asked the staff to be moved, but the lower floor was full of families, and the top area wasn't open yet. The manager very kindly/discreetly moved us to the top area which was a lot quieter.
The manager/staff handled it brilliantly, and I am very grateful. The food was excellent, and we had a very enjoyable visit.
We hope to come back again soon, thank you!

Staff were awesome .. They went above & beyond to assist us in our visit yesterday, just such a shame about the Actual Food ?
The food is so so bland blandy bland, there's no flavours in it ..
I think because it's a chain franchise, they have to follow a strict protocol menu, I'm guessing ..
Needs revamping & reinventing whoever's in charge ..
Tipped the staff though because they were absolutely brilliant 101%
