Me & my partner have been twice in the last week as we havejust set up a fish tank. The staff was lovely and very knowleadgable. The first guy who helped us (his name might have been Cam or Cal) was great in giving us all the infos and yesterday with Bethan who helped us to get the fishes & shrimps we wanted :)

absolutely appalling knowledge on selling hamsters and the care they need. Phoned up to speak to a college and they hung the phone up on me, don?t understand why people buy these animals when they have no knowledge whatsoever

Never enough staff serving on the tills. Often the queue are large and they don?t call for any other staff to relieve them, Or staff walk past the queues and rather than jumping in and serving, just ignore them saunter past.
Another bug bear is huge queue again and then someone wants a dog tag making which also happens at the till, so now the lone person serving is tied up for 5 mins making tags while meanwhile the queue is getting longer.

The service was fantastic. Honey was really helpful, patient, knowledgable and friendly. She answered all our questions, took time to ensure we had everything we needed, talking through all the options and requirements. I didn?t think there would be much to a pet store but they far exceeded my expectations. Friendly and happy to help, even over the phone to offer support and advice after already purchasing a pet. Highly recommend.
