My daughter wanted male hamster so she asked staff for one then week later went to other store because my other daughter wanted male hamster and then we noticed that first hamster is female. I think staff need more training

I have always had very good experience at the store. Although, certain items cannot be found when compared to the Pets at Home, Fosse Park, most of the needs are met with respect to my acquarium and chickens. The store closes at 7 pm, which I find a bit disadvantage. Staffs are very friendly and helpful too. I would continue to visit the store in the future.

Good range of products and knowledgeable staff.Avoid the weekend petting sessions if you're buying a small animal - I recommend checking when these sessions are so you can plan accordingly.

We went for a meal in the blackbird in the afternoon. We really enjoyed our meal, it was cooked perfectly & the service was great too. I would recommend the blackbird to anyone. I will definitely be going back for a meal.
