AVOID AVOID AVOID - wrong order delivered workers refused to accept they had made the one pizza wrong - I guess our children will now have to enjoy chilli's!
When informing worker of this easily rectifiable mistake I was told:
?I understand, but you need to understand from my point of view!?
REALLY? what?!?
Refused access to the manager, refused to give name and refused to consider that the customer may be right. All in all, this papa John franchise needs to lose its right to use the name - genuinely worst service in history!

Be careful about ordering online - just happened to get a scam call, the very next day after ordering from here, where the person had all my contact details and last 4 digits of my card. Never used that card anywhere else, where they could have gotten those details....

Awful! Don?t bother with Oadby.
Pizza came 25mins late, despite being midweek and order being placed well in advance of requested delivery time.
Pizza was dry and cold, when contacted staff are not helpful, not apologetic nor really that bothered!
No manager available. Nor a call back, despite promised - as mentioned in another review below. Seems a poorly managed branch.
Have had much better papa johns pizza elsewhere.

From Loughborough, we came here passing and we saw you guys were here so we went to order pizza there was this woman who served us and her customer service was outstanding, she gave us good offers and really helped us out.

I recently ordered delivery and I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the pizza and the efficiency of their delivery service.Firstly, the pizza itself was fantastic. Despite being delivered, it arrived piping hot and fresh, with all the toppings perfectly intact. The crust was just the right balance of crispy and chewy, and the cheese was beautifully melted.

We found mould in the base of the pizza. I called the Oadby Papa Johns, they said they'd call me back. They haven't bothered calling me, so I'll be in touch with Leicestershire Food and Hygiene.

This store used to give you massive crusts as a cost cutting technique. They have stopped doing this, however, you may want to take a magnifying glass with you if you want to see the toppings!!They have got rid of the short female manager that was miserable and rude. Close the store, brings the brand down

Shocking this was my go to pizza place now as a gud friend of mine say hell no. They are so rude and food was cold. Never go there again
