£20 for a pizza, which I don't mind because this chain is of a good quality. One piece of peperoni per slice on a double peperoni XXL pizza ?
Jog on, ripping customers off may save money initially, but it's a false economy, I won't order again and word of mouth is strong

Said 45 mins for pizza but we called 1hour 30 mins later and they tell us they haven't made our pizza yet. So stupid smh never ordering from hem again and no one else should either

1 1/2 hour food to come for delivery and when we rang they haven't prepared to make the food after the 1 hour mark

Bombay pizza was TASTLESS (due to lack of toppings was just dried cheesh.. cutting out paid for ingredients lol AWFUL and delivered COLD! no spice NO CHILLIE as advertised just a waste of money. DRIED OUT CHEESH topping very disappointing as this was my first meal from this branch! Really wish I had read recent reviews before ordering my bad!

Disgusting, not enough topping on the pizza and its like just eating dough. Awful. Overpriced. Not enought tom sauce, cheese, meats or veg. I cant believe Papa jones are happy serving this and if they dont make a change they will go under. People will go elsewhere. If the pizza was £1 i would even order. Dont be tricked by their online deals as i was!!! Shame on papa jones. Had it about 10 years ago and it was ok, no complaints. The cost cutting is seriously affecting quality and i will never return

We bought Pizzas from here and they were rubbish. Hardly any taste to the pizza and very expensive. Not only that but weren?t made upon arrival and were delays !4 Large Pizzas for £95!!!Ridiculous!

Good pizza for a chain and pleasantly surprised when the amount charged was about ten quid cheaper than I thought from the menu. Take out only, so can't comment on 'atmosphere'.

Everywhere it was offer buy one get one free, i ordered a large one i was waiting for more than an hour and surprise, i received just one! Disgusted!

Very bad customer service from the manger who was so rude and not wiling to offer any alternative/ she was happy to loose a customer just to prove herself right very cheap service never spend a £1 at this brunch who is run by such a cheap manger ??????
