I had a wonderful experience at this Papa John?s on Sunday, thanks to Vishal, the manager. I made a little mistake with my online order, but even though the error was on my end, Vishal handled it with such professionalism and understanding. He quickly resolved the issue without any hassle, making sure we didn?t miss out on our meal. This meant so much, especially with my kids and my friend?s kids there, eagerly waiting for pizza. Vishal?s quick response and friendly attitude truly saved the day. I?m grateful for his exceptional customer service, and it?s clear he cares about his customers. Highly recommend this location!

Told us the pizza would take 45 mins. An hour and a half later we call and they say 10 mins. 20 mins later they say they haven't made our pizza yet. So stupid we cancelled the order, it is 8:30 on a Sunday so my kids need to sleep. My children go to sleep with no proper dinner except cereal. Stupid never ordering again papa johns

Food okService terrible1.15 for delivery following confirmation sat in a hotel lobby. Called to be informed there was a mix up, however no contact attempted by papa johns and no apology offered

Ordered food for a gig office ....delivery was OK.. but the pizza are so bland and not worth the money.....won't ever use again...there are so many more better alternatives who want my business...

I had a truly disappointing experience with Papa John's. I placed an order for delivery, eagerly anticipating a delicious pizza. However, to my shock, the pizza never arrived at my house. On my 3rd call to Papa John's they claimed to have delivered it, even claiming the delivery name and phone number were correct and confirmed by the recipient!This poor service left me frustrated and hungry. The fact that they managed to confirm the delivery details, yet still sent the pizza to the wrong place, is baffling. It's safe to say that this experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be ordering from Papa John's again anytime soon. I will be taking this up with your head office and demand a full proper refund. Strongly recommend you AVOID this place!!

Bought food from here two days ago and still have really bad stomach cramps and diarrhoea, not happy at all. Your prices are high so food standards should be kept high!
