I take no pleasure in writing this review. I have been a customer of OneStop for over 25 years. In that time I have spent thousands of dollars on repairs and maintenance, generally with satisfaction. But today I have decided they will no longer get my business. A few weeks back in a parking lot, my bumper met up with another car's front, resulting in some paint being transferred from my bumper to theirs. We exchanged numbers and agreed that the scrape was so small that it wouldn't' pay to go through insurance. The other party didn't know of a body shop, so I suggested OneStop, since I had seen advertised that they also do body work. When I arrived, the other party was already there and the estimate was being written up. The estimate was for $836. I thought this seemed a little high and wondered about getting a second estimate just to be sure. So we went off to another body shop that I had used many years ago. When the second body shop saw the condition, they suggested taking some paint thinner to it to see if it could just be rubbed off and said they wouldn't charge for that. They said if there was a scratch to the clearcoat, it may need to be buff and it would be as much as $ seemed reasonable to me, but for some reason the other party was convinced that the second shop was trying to scam us (I still can't figure out why) and wanted to go back to one stop. After several minutes of back and forth, I gave up and went back to OneStop. We asked them to do what the other shop had suggested. They seemed annoyed, but one of the guys behind the counter grabbed a can of brake cleaner (not paint thinner) and sprayed a little on the bumper, then giving it a cursory wipe. He then went on to insist that there was a scratch in the paint, noting a black spot. But I wasn't convinced, so I insisted on getting the rag myself with some of that cleaner, and wiped it myself. I was able to wipe away all of the paint, leaving, no black mark. There was a slight scuff on the surface, which they continued to insist required complete repainting of the bumper. By this point, I was beyond annoyed and lost faith in anything they had to say. They seemed extremely pissed that we had shown them up, and insisted that we leave, which I was happy to do. We found another body shop, where they informed us, that it only needed a wet, sand and buff, and that any detail shop could do it. Final cost $150. In retrospect, I began to remember that the last few times that I took my car in for service the bills seem to be getting higher and higher, and I noticed that they had added things that hadn't been in the original estimate when I dropped off the car. It's so sad to see what was once a great shop come down to this, but they'll never get another penny from me.

These guys are the best. Got me in same day for a tire repair and got it done within hours. Super trustworthy. Will be returning! Highly recommend.

Called ahead of time and got quoted $40 to patch a tire. Came in a few minutes later and there was no wait! In and out in 5 minute. They also checked the tire pressure in my other tires!

Rude, smartass shop that is afraid to do simple jobs but charges as much as a dealership. All the cars on their lot are econoboxes so if you have a nice car I would stay away. Didn't see any certifications for luxury brands either. So I would avoid them. ( Besides if you don't have a luxury vehicle why would you want to pay 250/hr labor anyway? )

They are 100% honest. 100% competent. 100% reasonably priced. 100% the best. I'm 62 and have lived all over the country. I have had more cars than I can count. I have had dozens of mechanics. None of them come close to Wheeler's. I never have to worry about whether or not I'm being cheated or ripped off on the price. They are simply tue best. Hands down.

Only place I take my cars. Everything is just easier here. Brad, Even, and all the boys are super knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are super reasonable and they work quick. The one time they couldn't assist with an issue, they didn't hesitate to point me in the right direction and recommend other shops. Highly recommend it he
