Me and my mum have just been into the store, we were greeted warmly by Katie, who gave us a quick run down of the store and then allowed us to browse pressure free! I decided on the Detroit king sized bed, bedside tables and drawers (my first adult purchase). Katie then talked me through the delivery and finance processes easily and efficiently. I was nervous about making such a big purchase but she really put me at ease. She was very friendly and approachable and is very good at her job.

Order of Chest of Drawers - The service we have had within the store at Fosse Park in Leicester. Steve saw us looking lost in the store but assisted us all the way through - even to the point of showing us things on screen which suited our description. Nothing was pressured at all - he helped us set up delivery which is suited to our needs. As for the delivery men - Brilliant guys with a personality and made it easy! BRILLIANT STAFF!

My parents are both in their 80s and have spent thousands in oak furniture land in the last few months. They went back in last week to purchase a small coffee table and were told £10 for delivery, youd think for £250 it would be free, but yeah ok. But then...... thats only to the doorstep, its an extra £19 to take it through the door . Absolute disgrace, ripping off old people especially when they just spent £1000s would definitely think twice before shopping their..

Spent a decent amount on a set of table and chairs. 2 chairs arrived damaged. Haven't heard anything from customer services in the 22 days that I let them know.

Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered Sofas back in April (It's December now), the initial delivery had a broken Sofa. This was then replaced with a Sofa that did not match the colour of the other original Sofa and after 8 months of back and forth, 3 cancelled deliveries and spending literally hours on the phone to customer services, we decided we had enough and cancelled the order. Avoid Oak Furnitureland at all costs.

Absolute shambles. Bought a sofa just over a year ago. Started sinking about 2 months after purchase been waiting since there for something to be resolved and even when they try to resolve it by sending new cushions they only send half of what they told us they would and also they were sent in dire state with stain all over them

The Delivery service is awful my daughter got 8 different delivery dates on her bedroom furniture . she been sleeping on the floor saying it was coming and to be told it be another four weeks they delivered a wardrobe and no bed then to be told it be another three weeks for her bed and drawers .so we cancelled the lot now waiting for them to pick up the wardrobe which they will collect in four days . I wish you was that quick in delivery your goods and I?m looking at all the bad reviews on the delivery service I think the sounds of it you should be sorted this problem out your losing customers

Poor furniture shop, kept us waiting 6 months for sofa then tried to deliver it twice but would not fit in. As a company why sell a sofa that will not fit through a standard door, it wouldn't even fit through our disabled size front door. They then had the cheek to say we had got to pay them £119.00 to take it back. Avoid this shop at all cost's.

Absolutely awful service.I got given a delivery date, so I cleared my room been sleeping on the floor up until a week before it?s Due I get told it?s been delayed. I go to the store to find the reason and agreed to deliver my bed and wardrobe in a week and they Chester draws at a later date. Delivery day comes and all I get is my wardrobe.

Moving house and needing a new sofa, after a lot of looking around found the ideal sofa at Oak Furnitureland Fosse Park, Leicester. The sales guy remarked "Great its in stock you should be able to have it delivered within the next couple of weeks"....UNTILL we sat down at the computer terminal and paid, infact the sofa ordered in June 2022 will not be ready for delivery till OCTOBER 2022, the uplifting comments from the sales guy soon, fell into disappointment.To add fuel to the fire, we received a text advising the sofa would be ready Tue 26th July 2022 between 8.30-11.30AM.Waiting on the day around 10.00AM i noticed an email arrive on my mobile phone advising, sorry we made a mistake, and the sofa would not be delivered in this time slot or indeed any time soon....When i called customer services, as you would expect a generic response apologising.Disappointing, upsetting and when you don't have a sofa to sit on in your new house, very annoying, be aware of this company and their procedures, its not all about big shiny store with big smiling staff, it can all come tumbling down.

Won't touch them with a barge pole, there after care in non-existent and they don't want to help and they don't want to help at all. My issues been going on for nearly over 2 years. My mattress has been fixed 3 times now, having a new one delivered but they won't change the delivery address without rebooking and me loosing my slot. The drive can't make a 5 minute detour great customer service not..... AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
