Incredibly poor customer service. Dismissive, unhelpful, and swore at me in front of my child. When O2 customer service see this, yes I would like to make a formal complaint.

My mother went into this store today and asked a woman for help as she had an issue with her phone not saving photos and to my mothers absolute shock the woman said ?well I don?t know, you?ll have to go somewhere else? what kind of customer service is that?! You need to train your staff in both customer service and how to actually do their job!

Went in to the store yesterday met with a wonderful lady called Aisha she was very friendly efficient and solved our issues thank you so much you are a credit to 02 keep up the great work

Why did my mum walk in today to get help activating her sim and was turned away?. The man told her to call customer service! I?m so angry!! How?s she meant to call customer service when the sim is not activated for her to make calls, that?s the whole point of her coming in store to get help!!

Walked in yesterday as am due for an upgrade.
Stood around for about 5 minutes , there was absolutely know communication from the staff know good morning know interaction what so ever.
Another customer walked in went up to the counter good served straight away.
My contract will now be ran down .
My money will be going to another provider.

Disappointed after accidentally locking my sim. Staff were unable to offer any help as I didn?t have card ID and refused to call O2 customer services. So purchased a £10 Pay as you Go sim just so I could call my wife etc. Despite asking the shop to put in my phone and set it up, it didn?t work. Re entered the shop, after some fiddling they said my handset was blocked, so she dialled O2 customer service then handed me the ringing phone to sort it out while she nattered to her colleague. Eventually worked out the menu to right department, who sorted my actual sim in 2 mins. I asked for refund on the unused Pay as you Go sim I shouldn?t have or needed to be sold, and was laughing told they don?t do refunds. Not good enough

My Daughter and I went into this store today as She wanted to know about her switch up, she spoke to a female member of staff who was leaning up against the wall when we entered and I left my daughter to speak to this staff member, when asked about switch up my daughter was told she had to do everything via the post which the staff member could get something sent to her via the mail it would take up to two weeks.
My daughter isn?t in any rush to change her phone so we left it that and TBH we wasn?t any the wiser exactly how switch up actually worked so I told my daughter I would trawl the interweebs and find out how it did work I was very surprised to read the following on the o2 site ?Once you?ve got Switch Up, you can pop into an O2 store to swap on the spot.?
This isn?t what we was just told - was the disinterested staff member so inept she just couldn?t be bothered to deal with a o2 customer?
This isn?t what we expect from o2 and this store would be getting zero stars if I could give it - we wasted a journey to the B?leys store and we will be heading into city of Leicester and using the Highcross store where I know the staff are super helpful.

Sell phones and contracts but you can't even call them!!!!!!
Try another network would be my advice.

Staff are always hanging around, and don't seem to want to work... They claimed that they could not help with my query. To my surprise, they could... They just couldn't be bothered to go the extra mile for their customers. You're better off going to the highcross branch
