Went in looking for a throw - the home department looked like it had been ransacked. Displays were very messy, particularly the bedlinen. Walked out as I couldn?t be bothered to try and look through the mess.

My partner Bought some winter boots size 5! To her surprise yet again she got sent size 6! This keeps on happening to her all the time. I don't know who they employ to packet them, it's obviously not someone who knows the difference between 5 and 6, shocking. Now she has to take them back to the shop costing more wear and tear and petrol on the vehicle. She contacted next and basically was told that's how the cookie crumbles.

The staff have alot of international indian students people who i had difficulty communicating to as i had to repeat myself multiple times for them to understand it was very fustrating,very poor comprehension of the english language ,absolutely horrible customer experience

Good size outlet. A little smaller than the other ones in other towns. When I say smaller, I mean less availability of certain sizes and options to choose from.

Never really considered NEXT before for Clothes but gave it a try and was surprised, quality of Clothing is great, a bit expensive so choose carefully what you buy, will be returning.
