Service was shocking! I was told the wrong information regarding the return period. Was served by an older blonde woman and she was so rude! Her attitude was appalling from the start, proceeded to huff and puff and tap her fingers whilst trying to find the correct receipt in my emails then told me I couldn?t exchange as I was over (I clarified when I brought them how long I had and I was told 28 days) she was no help, I then got my stuff and left which she then proceeded to shout at me across the shop which was so embarrassing, the worst customer service I?ve ever had which is disappointing as it was my regular store. Working in retail myself I can understand frustrations but I would NEVER treat a customer like that. AVOID

I went back to the store 2 times cause the jeans I purchased weren't labeled clearly. Maybe using colours for the different sizes!

Very taken back by the awful service yesterday around 6PM. I chose some sunglasses and the asian woman at the till did not look at the item I bought, she should have informed me it was faulty/broken, she sold it blindly. She was definitely money hungry because she could?ve asked me to change it for a pair that wasn?t broken. I?m shocked because I was on holiday travelling from very far so now I will be unable to return it. Thanks a lot, will not be returning here.
