Am delighted with the Christmas gifts ( pashmina & coaster) that I collected earlier today & effort from the Nest team in arranging for the pashmina to be brought over to the Francis Street shop so quickly. Recommended without hesitation, such a lovely gift place for all occasions.

I ordered online on 21 November. After not receiving any further communication from them, I emailed on 12 December to find out where my package was, and asked for a refund if it hadn't been dispatched yet as it is now too late to send the items onto the person I bought them for. On 13 December I received a dispatch notification, and Nest got back to me to say it had been shipped in November. I reiterated that it is too late and I'd like a refund. They ignored my request and it arrived this morning postdated 13 December. My money and time has been wasted as I've had to send something else.They lied about the dispatch date and ignored my correspondence. I will not use them again and certainly do not recommend.

I bought a bracelet for my 5 year old grandaughter for Christmas 2021. it had a heart and her initial on an elastic silver chain and is lovely. Unfortunately the small heart went amiss, at school I think . I called Nest who told me to return the bracelet and they would replace the heart, free of charge. I posted on Thursday and I received the mended bracelet on Saturday - Brilliant service, thank you Nest

I found a card on their website that I wanted to send to a friend. They don't return customer inquiry emails in a timely manner and don't answer their phones during business hours - I called at different times of the day.

I often use this shop and the selection of cards are exceptional. The children's selection of cards are fantastic.I have bought several bits of jewellery and people often comment how unusual they are.The perfect place to get a unique present.
