My nephew went in to pay some money he?d raised for charity. The cashier was so attentive and made such a fuss of him; she told her colleague who also made him feel so special. They put together a bag of goodies and took a picture with him to post in their newsletter. It?s great to see that this level of customer service does still exist despite the vast changes in the branches. ? Thank you Evington Rd NatWest.

Absolutely awful customer service, very arrogant and rude. Not willing to understand what the customer is asking. Feel angry even giving one star. Staff need to remember they are the workers and not the owners

This branch have improved a lot. By adding those cash & cheque deposit machine makes it easier to pop in and complete the transaction. Customer services is still slow, improved on restructured but if the machine stops working it?s still awful waiting in queue for hours.

Went in to open a bank account and I was very happy by the Banker that helped me, she was very friendly and i wasnt expecting for the process to be completed as quick as it did.

Have to agree with a comment left by Gary below. The staff are struggling to cope with customers and in turn the wait times are over 30 minutes. Stop closing branches Natwest! The queues normally to the door during 11am-3pm best to avoid going at these times.

This branch has become so busy the staff are struggling to handle only reason why is because natwest have closed down 2 of their branches in Leicester. It makes it even worse when you get some businessman who has come to get his loose coins. Waiting time 30-40 mins

had to wait in the queue for half and hour to pay my bill and when i checked my app at end of the day that payment had not gone through. worst customer service , advisor didn't even bother to ring me to let me know.
