Visited the branch on Saturday, my query was dealt with efficiency and excellent customer service. Rosa was a wonderful person, she kept me informed during the whole process which resulted in an excellent customer journey for me. 10 out 10 for Rosa.

Terrible branch, the staff have a disgusting attitude and do not want to help with anything, customer service is the worst i have experienced, the branch manager has a very bad attitude and thinks he is something special, one member of staff is fantastic and puts everyone else to shame, his name is jason, keep up the good work jason.

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. Absolutely agree with other reviews that name the branch manager ADAM as being especially rude, defensive and now a LIAR. He refused to take my complaint in branch about how poor their service was and said "WE DO NOT TAKE COMPLAINTS IN BRANCH FOR ANY REASON". Now they have lied to the Financial Ombudsman and said this was a one off based on MY behaviour, which was impeccable throughout our exchange despite me being kept in the branch for nearly TWO hours over what should have been a simple transaction. An absolute s**tshow of a bank and of a branch. Needs to be shut down or the manager needs to be sacked ASAP.

Lovely bank the staff are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Always put themselves out to go above and beyond to help! They do so even when faced with vile rude customers. No doubt some of them have left negative reviews on here
