Went there for a meal for my birthday with friends, took over 45 minutes to receive my food and was not even warm practically. Would not recommend going to this specific Nandos. Extremely disappointed.

Great service and great food. It was a shame that a glass shattered on the counter and fell towards my family whilst we sat at table 28. Some staff also need to smile more.

Been here several times its been okay. But today my experience was abit out of order. We waited for a table for 30mins which we were fine with. Then another 15mins to order and finally when we got to the till the cashier seemed to have attitude with our big order. She was making funny faces so we could hurry up. And finally the order comes after 30 mins but some is wrong and dry chicken. Then had to wait another 20 mins for the correct order. Alot of time wasring and unprofessional staff.

Possibly worst nandos I've been to. Dry chicken, staff have no idea. Unclean. Management need a sorting out.

Very disappointed with the service received on a few occasions,
initially thought it was just on the odd occasions for the poor service and thought I would give them a few more chances on further visits
But this time had to make it a point of leaving this review,
Sadly for me it does not let me leave anything less than 1 star
The woman Ana (name on the receipt) that claims to be a manager does not like any feedback
I have been frequenting nandos for over 30 years now, this experience has left me with a very tarnished image of nandos

The most comfortable Nandos in Leicester. Cleaning the tables on time and correcting the deficiencies in the self-service area in a timely manner would make this place extra-hot :)
