We are so thankful to the manager Alexander. We turned up at 9.30pm so we know it was late but the team were so welcoming and cheerful. Alexander made us smile and ensured us the food wouldn't be long. We had a lovely meal and they were so polite and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Very bad experience, I waited in the queue for 20 minutes and after that they told me there is no coke at machine!! I can eat chicken just with coke and I lost 20 minutes waiting. There was bo note left. Very bad management!!

Upon entry we were told about the 30 minute wait for food to which we agreed was fine. We ordered our food and one meal did not come until an hour after ordering. When we politely asked when this order was coming we were told to ?chill?.

Didn't get my food after a 45 minute wait as they didn't have what I ordered.
Was not informed of this and a different dish turned up with with ingredients missing!
After calling a waiter over who fetched the manager I was informed that they have no chicken thighs and the reason I wasn't informed was because the restaurant was over capacity! Funny though they were still letting people in!

Been sat here for nearly an hour.. 1 person is serving the food another is taking selfies of our food, the rest of busy on there phone behind the grill.. starter came out burnt to a crisp.. wont be coming back to this restaurant!!!!

I recently visited Nando's on Granby Street, Leicester, and while the food was enjoyable, the overall experience could use improvement.
Firstly, there was a 30-minute wait for seating, even though plenty of tables were visibly vacant. It's always frustrating to wait when it feels like the restaurant has capacity. The service was okay, but it definitely lacked the attentiveness I?d expect, especially when simple issues could have been easily resolved.
On top of that, the washroom facilities were disappointing. The sink area wasn't clean, with visible dirt and residue left behind, which didn?t give a great impression of their hygiene standards.
While the food was tasty, the experience could be so much better with improvements in service and cleanliness.

Went 2 Nov, we stood there for ages waiting for the host to attend yet there were empty tables. Had to approach them. They didn?t bother to clean the table and told us the food would take 45 minutes as if they were hoping we would leave. They didn't allow us to order starters and said it would take too long. But they Brought half the order in 20 minutes, thought they were bringing the rest but no?. I Had to go and ask them to reprint the receipt so they could see that they only gave us half the order. Finally Brought the remaining order when half of us had finished eating. The peri salted chips were plain then they just gave us the sachet to sprinkle ourselves. Never had such a negative Nando?s experience. Won?t return.

Ordered a takeaway for pickup, for a birthday. The food was terrible, dry and no sauces that were specifically ordered and charged for. Nothing in the order was correct. A lot of the mains were completely forgotten. So some people at the party table didn?t have a meal. The attitude that followed was shocking. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and very disappointing to have food given to you in such a poor manner. Rachael served us and refused to give us the managers name. Furthermore, the person waiting before us was handed his food parcel and apologised to for having to wait whereas our parcel was dumped on the chair in front of me with no apology for the wait and the food was over 20 minutes late.
