Nandos is the same world over the quality of the food is the same no matter where you go the service is usually good as is the decor. The size of the chicken seems to have shrank where as the prices have increased.

I ordered off Deliveroo for Mother?s Day as a treat from my children and what a huge disappointment!!!! I ordered food for Mother's Day for me and kids and the DIMWITS forgot half of the items!!! Like the mains ie the CHICKEN, starters etc!! Seriously for a so called well known company. How on earth do the staff not check the items and ensure everything is inthe bag!!?? Seriously a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT for Mother's Day with my children!! You have let me and yourself self down! I do not want a pre set response from you saying ?Hey Bee sorry to hear your visit didn't hit the spot - we've let the team know so it doesn't happen again.?? that seems to be your recorded message you seem to send to people who give you a Terrible rating!! Trying showing some compassion and empathy in your message and not sending the same response you send to everyone!!!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I was provided with today at Nando?s Leicester, High Cross. I waited for over one hour for my food to come to the table after my sisters had already received there?s half an hour before me and already finished their meal. I was not compensated for the time that I had to wait and my sisters then had to sit and wait for me to eat mine alone, not to mention when my food did come it was cold and under seasoned.

Myself and my boyfriend visited today. We were greeted by the lovely manager Kean. He took us to our table straight away and told us the process of ordering, either at the till or on your phone, by scanning the code. We decided to ordered at the bar and was served by Kean again who was happy to help with anything. He was so helpful, polite and a pleasure to talk too. He is an amazing asset to the business. The food was cooked to perfection, service was great and food came quickly. Thank you Kean for a great experience at Nando?s highcross!

Visited for dinner, wonderful service, got sat at our table straight away, everyone was very friendly and food service was very fast, our server Kean made us feel welcome and also came over to make sure our food was all ok, all round a great experience.

Service was mediocre. We waited 45min to get our food. Cutlery was not clean (I changed 2 pairs of cutlery). They served a table of 10 that sat down after we had already ordered and were waiting for 10-15 minutes before 20 minutes before we even had our food. They brought us the wrong order twice. The place needs some serious cleaning everywhere.

Food is good but the wait is horrible. You wait at least an hour for your food which is ridiculous. And even though the food is good, it does not worth the wait. Even if you order simple half chicken or similar meals, you still wait a long time. It doesn?t take that long to cook those foods. Also I noticed this ones quality of food is not high as the other ones
