Yesterday went out with friends from work three of us got cold food the lady we complained too was very rude said she called the manager so he came told us he would make our meal again. So I had brought my meal home I've eaten it lastnight at home and the chicken was raw and taste disgusting can't believe how nandos has gone as I went after a longtime I think staff there are forgetting we actually paying for our food it's not free

icl i waited 40 mins and the wait time in nandos is usually very quick. when i asked the servers i was met w attitude and told its coming to my surprise it didnt. once it finally came the peri chips were cold and the chicken thighs were dry and cold shocking from here ibr i was looking forward to it now i dont wanna come back to this nandos

AVOID THIS BRANCH?Absolutely no customer service. This used to be a nice place. The new staff members have no clue what they are doing. Cold chicken, cold food and more & more waiting time.

I had a very disappointing experience at Nando?s Leicester Highcross. The staff at the front door were rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. To make matters worse, the assistant manager was equally unprofessional and ignored my concerns, which only added to the frustration. It?s unacceptable for a well-known brand to provide such poor customer service. This experience ruined what should have been an enjoyable visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service standards.

My recent visit to Nando's was extremely disappointing. Despite the restaurant being far from busy, my friends and I were ignored upon arrival and left waiting for 15 minutes. When we attempted to find assistance, the manager, Ben, rudely instructed us to wait to be seated. After an additional 10-minute wait, we had to approach him again, only to be met with dismissive behavior and a poor attitude. This was particularly frustrating as we had a toddler and a 9-month-old baby with us, and we were all very hungry. Upon expressing our dissatisfaction, the manager asked us to leave ( Ben), stating we were not welcome. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend visiting this establishment.

Absolutely amazing service had the supervisor Ben made sure that we were situated properly and that the staff where at the highest of standard, he accommodated one of the children that have severe food allergies thank you for a wonderful evening

We had a one of the supervisors/ managers named Ben looking after us. He was the sweet soul and nothing was ever a problem, he went the extra mile to ensure both the children where happy and even got them involved. He is one in a million of employees that look are so kind and smiley.

My chicken wire cooked it was nasty. The service was terrible and the rice was cold. And they had ice cream with no toppins.What is the point discussing?Never will eat there again and advise anyone that's thinking about it.Never to do it over expensive for food you cannot even eat
