Went into this travel agents on Friday 16/2/24,to get a price on a flight to Kuala Lumpa,what a big mistake!!!.The girl that served me,OMG,she did not have a clue.Trying to pressure me into paying over a £1000 for a flight to KL,that should cost around £450!!!.Talk about (pressure selling),she spoke to me like I did not have a clue!!.Her knowledge on Visas for certain countries was inept at best!!!I I found this Moron to be, over bearing, rude, ignorant, arrogant, and very annoying, I could not wait to get out this travel agents,and bitterly regretted going in their in the first place. I can see why folk would rather purchase online as to avoid the incompetent irritating,staff that work in this profession.To boot, I think I heard her ,call me a t**t under her breath, as I was leaving.Now that is what I call excellent customer service ?

Disappointed. Went to Millingtons today to hopefully plan a trip as a gift and the travel rep just searched Jet2 Holidays site using filters, printed off the first one he saw and sent us on our way. Didn't really offer much advice on when/where etc. We've already scoured through holiday sites ourselves, hence going to Millingtons to see if they could offer up a better package or more insight. Friendly enough but if that's all the job takes, I could be a travel agent!

A great local travel agent with two branches, friendly and helpful delivering excellent customer service. The staff are really knowledgeable with specialists on hand to help tailor your trip and they don't try to up-sell everything unlike high street agents. Thoroughly recommended.
