Phoned the store to arrange a giant cookie for my daughter?s 16th birthday as I wanted it personalised with a Euro fighter Typhoon (she?s an RAF Cadet & wants to fly this when she?s older). The lady who took the call (so sorry I forgot your name!) was lovely & very helpful & looked up the jet to talk through the details with me. I did say any colour close to it as she said they didn?t have the correct blue & even just the outline would be good but Pola (the manager who made the cookie) done amazing as they included details that my daughter was made up with. Thank you for helping make her day special - but cutting it a pain as she didn?t want to cut through the jet!! ?

The cookies from this branch are always up to standard. However, as a student I often ask to use my student discount as it is 20% off. Every other branch of Millie?s cookies I go to never have an issue with my using my discount, but at this store there is always an issue with me using my student discount. On the 2 separate occasions I have been to this branch the employees were being really difficult and not accepting my student beans discount. The second time I went I asked to use my discount and the lady said no it?s only on a certain deal, to which I said oh is this new? As usually it?s on every item, and she just nodded and said nothing. So I couldn?t get my discount. After looking on the student beans app it said nowhere that it was only on a certain deal which makes me think she just didn?t want to put it through, as I literally used my discount to buy a cookie in Nottingham last week and had no issue. Therefore, the staff put me off buying from this branch again, as I find them extremely rude and unhelpful.
