Another perfectly cooked steak, cooked medium rare. Chips were hot. Delivered on the essentials. The accompanying salad was tasty. Good service.

In my opinion this place is very over rated... premium cocktails are on offer however they do not taste premium and completely miss the mark... our meal was pre ordered and still took a long time to arrive, we had to ask several times to be served drinks as the attention was not there also the desserts we had to ask 40 minutes after our main plates were taken away... for the price you pay I would have expected the service to be alot better... the food on the other hand is nice but again a but more attention to detail wouldn't have gone a miss

Yes .. very enjoyable luncheon with my friend Willow, we had the 3 Courses Menu ..The Cauliflower Curry ? was way too Sweet ? for my taste buds, told the waiter who quickly asked me if I'd like to choose an alternative, so I decided on the veggie cheeseburger ? which was spot on ..We dined @ 12:15pm which meant we had the entirety of the beautiful restaurant to ourselves ..It was heavenly ?This was my second visit here ..Cannot Wait for meh' 3rd ..Just keep doing what it is your so good dam good @ guys ..

Beautiful place, with friendly service. For the price of the food, the meal was below my expectation. Had the 16oz dry aged ribeye with the peppercorn sauce. The flavor profile of the meat and sauce was on the bland. Ordered the steak medium rare, and it was cooked to temp, but it was a tough steak. I would possibly go back but would not order a steak again.

Had my sons 18th birthday party in this place and was so perfect. The manager Mr D. Is a gentleman. Very friendly and understanding. Making sure everything is going on well. I salute you Mr manager. The food was so yummy. The staff were friendly but abit slow hopefully they will improve, big up to Murure one of the staff member who was looking after us forgive me if a spelt your name wrongly. Thank you so much we really enjoyed and will definitely come again.

We enjoyed our meal very much. Food arrived quickly, staff were really friendly. Had a bit of a chat with one, and he told us about the history of the building as it was an old bank.

I'd passed Middletons plenty of times (it's hard to miss, being a fairly grand building) but only saw their lunch menu recently.
Bottom line, I'm very glad I finally visited. The food was of a very good quality; we had the creamy mushrooms with sourdough and the beef croquettes as starters with a chicken Caesar salad and fish and chips to follow. Delicious, surprisingly good at the price point of £13.95 for two courses. I could name a good few places in Leicester that offer much weaker options for more money.
The staff were very welcoming as we were welcomed by every member of staff we passed as we walked to our table. The waiters were friendly and the chef was very cheerful, serving us food himself and seeming to take a real enthusiasm in his work.
For two courses, a mocktail, a coffee, and service (well earned), it came to just under £20 each. For a lunch of this quality in such a central part of town, that's great value.
I'd happily return for lunch or dinner.

Cracking burger meal, extremely good service, friendly atmosphere and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. It was my brother?s birthday and the surprise dessert was an unexpected treat. Thank you so much. Favor was marvellous.
