This branch is appalling the treatment of customers and staff is not only toxic but horrendous. The bullying is awful to see the management have no clue how to talk to humans they need to be fired!!!

The Leicester branch staff are very unhelpful. I wanted to open a new ISA account and was told to wait 2 hours! They don't make appointments either. I went across the road to another bank and they sorted everything out for me within 20 minutes!

There is Staff is not helpful or not a good behaviour with customer. I have said there is 2 time cut payment with any transaction but staff is not good response.

Excellent customer service. Opened accounts for my children. They print the cards in branch. Very comfortable Aircon whilst you're waiting.They assist you in setting up online banking too.They still handle cash unlike some major banks which are going to have some cashless banks. Longer opening hours as well as weekends. You can even take loose change in and put it in the 'magic money machine ' to pay it in.

I spoke to a colleague called simiran regarding my transfer of accounts l. She was super friendly, helpful and guided me through the processes smoothly and throughly by answering all the questions I had very well to relief any stress I had and was very conversational to make the process easier and that human aspect rather than just another regular customer she took the time out to conversation which was another good thing. Would definitely rate the service 10/10

Noone picks up the phone at the branch. please recruit more staff. just a lost a customer who was interested in purchasing a credit card.

Absolutely shocking service. Out to attack rather than help. Very confrontational and unlike any experience I have had in a bank. Never doing business with them. Very poor.One particular instance nothing to do with me. I watched and overheard the manager speaking to the staff - it's the worst manager in the world. Absolutely no compassion and talked down to staff. The culture is clearly not one to be a part of

The best bank around by a long way. The staff in the Leicester branch are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The branch can get busy at times because they are very customer orientated but have never had to wait too long to see someone. I have to give a huge shout out to Forame who is a credit to the Leicester branch and is always a pleasure to deal with. The opening hours Metro Bank operates put other banks to shame. They even open all day on Saturday and Sunday. It's banking the way it should be and I am so happy I moved to Metro Bank.
