Unfortunately I am very unhappy with the service provided. I came for a diagnostic, waiting all day for a call back which I had to chase them for an update all day and I only received a call back which was at 6:05pm due to me being on the phone so many times asking for an update and your staff who answer the phones were being very rude and in a hurry! Which wasn?t very pleasant as I wanted an update with my car and she practically cut the phone on me and didn?t let me speak!Honestly don?t think I?d ever want to bring my car back to you again with the service I?ve received!

Excellent customer service, as always, from Austin, and Kelly also looked after us extremely well on the days leading up to collection of the new car and at handover.This is now our third car from this dealership and we are treated better with every visit. Recently had a great customer experience at my local dealer. I was greeted by a polite gentleman called Troy. He was attentive to what I was looking for and then advised on what was available. He was very engaging and knowledgeable. They say buying a car is as tough as buying a new house but I must say that during our conversation, he was professional but also friendly - which is key to building a great rapport making it easy for me to make a decision.Look forward to picking up my new car soon.
