Worst McDonald?s in Leicester, every time I order they always miss half of your items off and food is always cold and also false advertising aswell I ordered a chicken katsu wrap meal tonight and they just sent me the fries and drink and no wrap but charged me for it and then the wrap suddenly disappears of the menu once my order was delivered ? no other McDonald?s do this always the thurmaston one, the staff never give the full order always miss half of what you order

I had came into MacDonald and as soon as we came in we were treated with the most respect from Malina and Alina who was working she had gave us the best respect very friendly and kind there is not alot of people who are like this so I think these to women (Malina and Alina ) deserve a raise

Not a good visit as their systems seemed to be down. Didn't help that the App was constantly crashing so couldn't get my order in as I was short on time. Everyone has bad days but the poor staff were massively under prepared and it was chaos.
The drive in lane was queuing out on to the road and we had to ask drivers to back up so we could get our car out.
Nightmare.
Hope the issues have been fixed and everything is back to normal.

Coldest latte I have ever had in a McDonald, happened here today at 9.56am. Letting it slide, next time, I'll ask for a refund. Wanted something hot for the cold, and you gave me lukewarm water. I just threw the rubbish away.

The food is always as expected, never had a wrong order, and generally quick service. Ideal for a quick meal. Atmosphere is noisy and very busy, but takeaway is an option through the drive thru.

Store was quiet, 3 people waiting, I only ordered a coffee and it took ages.. staff standing chatting, slow, slow service.. the girl waiting before me said.. its supposed to fast food.. puts me off, it's either slow or the order is wrong.
