What a waste of time! 3 occasions we have ordered food, and on 2 occasions you have got it WRONG! How can you forget half an order, when you weigh it? Not remove items as requested? Then allow Uber to not give refunds for delivery as I will need to pay again if I want to eat tonight. Shocking. Oh and then we have to wait up to 15 days for the refund.
Shambles! And the food is cold and ice cream melted in the middle of winter. Makes no sense.

Went to pick my food order .had to wait once I got there .busy as usual. after the wait got food it was stone cold .I am sure food needs to be a certain temperature before it leaves . certainly not here .would always check your food before leaving counter

Can't really complain about the food, apart from the normal. Never looks as good or big as the display boards show.
It's a really bad setup nowadays. So slow, not the staff's fault, but all the food delivery pickups. Makes the waiting time so much longer. These should be completely separate, at a different pickup point or even location.

I'm delivery food driver from just Eat today is 30/10/2024 afternoon is here manager he is name (benjamin) is a racist he very rude and evry times ignore drivers he can't managed there and drivers waiting more than 25 minutes for pick up order and food evry times going cold and customer not happy. Please chenge workers and manager. Thank you
