I am a food delivery driver and I just wanted to ask if there is a responsible person who will see this. Why are we being given orders with missing items? Are those who pack the food on purpose or should we, the food deliverers, bear this problem? Next time if I am given an incomplete order, I will report it to the company via email.

My last couple reviews on McDonald?s restaurants have been particularly negative, but this is only because I?ve had a particularly negative experience. However, this cannot be said about this McDonald?s often nicknamed by my friends and me they?re not busy McDonald?s as it is not busy compared to the McDonald?s near the clocktower. This McDonald?s is the best McDonald?s I?ve ever experience seating is fantastic and gives a cosy vibe. The food is good and I always have enough sauce in my chicken and Caesar bacon wraps. I?ve never got the wee wee disease here near the poo poo disease and I don?t expect to have a well. I?ve never suffered abuse from the start it and I?ve never ever been pushed and I?ve always been carried out if I?ve broke my leg suffered injuries in the shop which cannot be said about the McDonald?s in other places which I will wear it be reviewed. I will say one thing this is my only negative thing but I feel like it was handled very nicely one time when I was in your restaurant I experienced a bit of a bad experience when I was a shit at the shop because what if your place headset McDonald?s on fire this didn?t affect me however I did see a wedding and a party for wedding first McDonald?s and then see that was on fire upset that they could not get McDonald?s at their wedding the most exciting get a life and now they can?t have their favourite meal although this didn?t affect me so I?m not going to speak on that finally I would like to say that you guys have really helped me through some tough times and I would really really appreciate if I can get some extra points on my McDonald?s app I would recommend you give me about 10,000 points for this goes with you as it will get a lot of business going and I have also recommended this restaurant to lots of families and friends and also people that are not my friends. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work and I will see you soon maybe tomorrow.

Impolite staff disrespect delivery riders waiting time they say 5 min and they give food after 30 min because of food becomes cold and customers complain delivery riders + staff behaviour so harassing that when we ask for food they just shout and say cancel delivery and go from here

It?s the 3d time when they give me wrong sauce? Do you even know how to read??? I always order sweet&sour sauce (1st pic) and they always give me Sweet curry which I hate! ?? this is ridiculous? oh and they always forget to add straws for the drinks ??? thank u very much

In 5 years of getting food from this place they have never given me a full order. There is always something missing whether it?s a drink, a side, or even a burger. I ordered today and guess what one of my items is missing. This place is a joke

Hello everyone,
I have a very shameful incident to report here by the staff of Macdonald Market Street Leicester.
I am a security officer, and I do part-time food delivery.
On 25 November 2024, I went to Market Street Macdonald at 6.45pm to pick up an order. I waited for the order to get ready, and staff prepared the order and put it on the table, and asked me to wait for the drink to get prepared. I waited a further 5 minutes and requested the staff to complete the order and hand it over because food was getting cold, but the "Shift Manager Khaushli" said you are being loud and we will not give you food and stopped rest of the staff to give me food.
I apologised 3 times if I sounded loud, but he was stubborn to not give me food, and everything is evident in CCTV. I was still waiting, and he delayed food further 15 minutes. Then he gave me the food and threatened me to report Just Eat, and he did that.
We riders work hard to deliver fresh food but that person spoiled food and kept it without heating.
This behaviour is not acceptable for any reasonable person. I would request to Area manager and site manager to investigate the issue and take proper action.
Macdonald Market Street ,East Gate, Almond Road, Abbey line, all the staff is well familiar with me and my behaviour because I have been working as a delivery driver for the last 2 years.
I would request the proper action of senior management. After all, we are like your staff.

I like this mcdonalds seems more calmer not so many people in it like the one at clocktower,where it's usually rammed.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian/vegan options available although would be nice if mcdonalds could do vegan mc flurries but hey hoe it took them years to do a vegan burger,very nice thoe..

Absolutely horrible service, I ordered some food then I went for a smoke while I was waiting for the order, after I came back the staff told me they have my food to?:?my friend? who?d didn?t have a ticket or payment, the manager was really rude and told me it was my fault somehow? absolute disgrace didn?t get a refund or my food. Been treated absolutely awful and it?s not how it?s supposed to be? I paid money to get my food and because someone?s mistake I have to pay for it?manager and staff absolutely rude and said it was not their fault? I hope something will be sorted cause this is a robbery. I paid 15 pounds and all I got was an argument off a manager who said it was not their staffs fault that they gave the food away to someone who didn?t have the ticket or the payment? got embarrassed for no reason, they don?t deserve anything and I hope someone WILL do something about it?absolute disgrace? this is jot about whining it?s about fairness? best regards. Ordered food for delivery, didn?t get given my drink that I ordered, even after asking the delivery driver if the drink was in the bag to which he said yes. (liar). The burger I ordered I asked for no onions in and it came WITH onions in. On top of that when it arrived the chips were cold.
