This morning, we all decided to order a mcdelivery. after spending £20+ on some breakfasts, we were presented with open bags, unsealed and food missing and opened, which we saw him walking up and down the road with the food bag in his hand.
The delivery driver then started to accuse my mum of opening this, then backtracked then saying it was mcdonald?s fault whilst also being very rude towards my mum
After speaking to the restaurant that we ordered from they stated that they never send unsealed bags however did not seem intrested in helping us.
On the phone to Uber Eats, they have continuously hung the phone now not answering us. They only wanted to refund us for the two items we were missing, not the facts £20+ items, opened and unsealed making it uneatable, money down the drain, they also hung the phone up before issuing ANY sort of refund or outcome!
Definitely don?t recommend ordering mcdelivery from the app//uber eats!!

Always A Busy McDonald's - East gates Branch - Were Particular Busy On This Day - Even So,Member Of Staff Who Served Me Was Professional And Friendly - Taken My Order And Made Sure My Order Was Correct, Repeated Back My Order - (I Have Noticed Not All Branches In Leicester Do That) - I Thanked Him And Went Off And Waited At The Other Side Of McDonald's - For Mine And My Partner's Order - Just A Bit Of Wait For Waiting For Our Food's - Some Others Who Were Calling Out The Food Orders - Weren't "CLEAR ENOUGH" - Suggestion Could Do With A Calling System,Where It Calls Out The Number And Display It - In Big Bold Red Numbers

I don't feel safe there. Anyone can come in, stoned, aggressive. I come there with my child and I think that there is a lack of trained, competent security authorized to use all security measures if necessary. It is often dirty, the toilets are also either out of order or dirty. Last week, an unconscious man was lying in the middle of this facility, I observed it for a while and asked for intervention. The crew did not care much about it, but people passing by took pictures and laughed at it, which I consider scandalous and very reprehensible.

Good stuff. They make my order pretty quick even when there is an army of customers. I have seen a lot worse in other city centres. My issue is the lack of seating there is sometimes and also the fact that the app didn't work and they didn't give me points but still a good location.

SHOCKING customer service even from the manager. Absolutely no customer skills, no sympathy and refuse to listen. This McDonald?s needs a serious managerial review. 1 star is a push. Will NOT be coming to this branch again and I urge others to do the same.
