For order 1476046. The cost of item was excellent, the despatch and delivery time was exceptional especially through Easter. I did not expect it to dropped off on Easter Sunday by their own fleet or vans etc that I was not aware of. It makes this company more dedicated to customer care.The 2 men that also delivered the item were great we did have a laugh and a joke and they did make sure the item was handled with care and to the desired place I wanted. Please make sure they get extra Kudos for this.Thank you again and would definitely use your services again.

Ordered a new dishwasher on Wednesday for delivery the following Tuesday. Then we get a phone call saying it?s out of stock less than 24 hrs before we are expecting delivery. Pretty poor service IMO. Surely they knew it was out of stock before then?

Visited the showroom to purchase a new fridge yesterday (30/3/24). Purchased said item and booked delivery, installation and removal of the old fridge. I was expecting a delivery date after the Easter weekend but no, it was delivered and fitted today (Easter Sunday). Impressed, not just by this but the showroom staff and the installers. I'll be using them in the future.

We bought a fridge from Marks Electrical. It was very well priced in comparison with John Lewis, AO and the like. The fridge was in stock, payment was straightforward and free delivery arranged for 3 days later. The fridge arrived on time, with good communication from the driver and then delivered with a smile. Very happy all round and would definitely recommend to everyone!

Ordered a 32inch LG tv for my daughter?s birthday . The tv didn?t arrive and when we contacted marks electrical about we were given the run around . Very poor customer service and to this very day nearly a whole year since placing the order still no tv or refund . We haven?t even bothered contacting them because there is no point very poor company poor customer service.

The website was really clear, and the price excellent compared to other sites.The delivery was quick, and the team dropping the fridge off kept me up to date with when they were going to arrive. They took the fridge into the house and left it exactly where I needed.Thanks!

Honestly best electrical retailer period. So easy to buy from, always get great prices. I ordered a oven but changed my mind and wanted to buy the model up the day before install. Nothing was too much trouble and order ammended in minutes and retained delivery. Instillation guys are always brilliant, polite, knowledgeable and do a very tidy job. Buy regularly from Marks (Euronics) and they are second to none!

I bought a faulty appliance and reported it within 30 days of purchase. They were trying to push me to deal with the manufacturer and not them. Then, They tried to claim the issue was not within 30 days, just because they've been dragging the process forever (They hoped for a human error from my side? Who knows). Then brought in an "electrician", that claimed that the issue is with the power supply not the oven, so I had to pay extra to bring an external electrician that checked the system and gave me a certificate that the wiring and power supply are working correctly. Now, they are responding that their electrician said that their device is not faulty, so they don't have to deal with my case any more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS".
