Too cheap to put enough staff on in branch, over 2 hour wait and still didn't get to talk to someone. Been locked out of my internet back for weeks. Over 40 min wait times to talk to anyone on the phone. Having to switch bank accounts just so I can access my internet banking.

Very poor customer service and the staff which came from Halifax bank it was her first day she was very angry and her behaviour was not good she had little attitude

Very poor service, long queues. Joined Lloyds during a promotional time when they were offering £175 to those who switched. However, the lady (claimed to be quite senior) doing my paperwork and documents check made a mistake when putting in my details and said she can?t restart the application so I ended up missing out on the £175

I couldn't shop with my card. I went to the central branch. An officer said he fixed everything, we went to the shopping place again and the card was declined again. We came to the branch. No one was interested. The person who came and checked left saying he had work to do and I'm still waiting. A terrible experience. Lloyds Bank failed in this card and customer satisfaction.

extremely rude and unreasonable, cancelled my application TWICE without any good explanation. if i were a criminal i wouldn?t complain but i have ever document right. on top they did hard enquiry TWICE on my name which nobody does for a current account and now it?s tainted my credit score for 2 years

Went in on a Saturday morning as it was the only time we can go.
It was mega busy but the asian lady ( Lax I think!)was awesome in dealing in our query.
We had to wait about 30 mins because of the queue but then the tall bold asian chap was just as efficient in sorting out my daughters account.
Bit of a wait but well dealt with.??

Closing my local branches to 'make banking easier' is a load of nonsense.
I haven't done any banking for months simply because my local branches have closed, and the closest branch is in town.
Thanks to the reduced opening times, I can't go before or after work. I made a special trip into town during my lunch break. I paid for parking and waited in a queue for over half an hour. I still wasn't served and eventually had to go back to work.
Forcing customers into one branch and then having just one or two cashiers to serve them isn't working. Where are all the cashiers from the branches you've closed down?
The self-service machines take too long to use and only useful if you're taking cash out or depositing a small amount. They're usually causing problems, having to be sorted out by other bank staff who should be sitting at a desk serving customers.

i never go to this bank again, the lady was working there she was very rude to me, and she cancelled my application without reasonable reason while i had every documents, and i never apply for Lloyds bank again.
