Excellent job by Lilas Interiors, they provided a broad selection of blinds to choose from with advice on what is more applicable for specfic rooms. The orders were made and delivered on time, measurements were perfect and I am happy with their overall work and customer service. I will certainly use them again!

This is a place where the staff's proficiency in fitting blinds and shutters is inversely proportional to their friendliness. It's like they're allergic to both competence and courtesy.After purchasing and spending several thousands with Lilas Interiors I discovered they have a hidden talent - the staff's ability to turn a simple blinds and shutters purchase into a Shakespearean tragedy. To buy or not to buy, that is the melodramatic question.

Lilas Interiors ? where the only thing they're good at fitting is your patience into the smallest, most uncomfortable space. Staff training must include a course in curtain acrobatics because my curtains seem to be doing gymnastics rather than hanging gracefully.Visited them and felt like I entered a parallel universe where rudeness is a currency. The staff was so unhelpful; I thought I accidentally wandered into the 'How Not to Retail' seminar. If you come across a chap called Hassan... oh my word.Lilas Interiors ? where the staff's expertise in rudeness is matched only by their incompetence in curtain installations. It's like hiring clowns for a brain surgery ? entertaining but disastrous. The only store where the staff treats you like you're auditioning for a reality show called 'Curtain Survivor.' Spoiler alert: I didn't make it past the first challenge ? dealing with Hassan's attitude.'Measuring twice, cutting once' is just a suggestion. My curtains are now in a complicated relationship with the floor because someone didn't understand the concept of proper measurements. Hint Hint Hassan!

Absolutely appalling service. Am disgusted with their lack of professionalism and quality of workmanship.The quality of workmanship is in no way reflective of their charges and initial promises. Regret spending thousands with these clowns. Avoid at all costs.Alignment, figment and finish is absolutely amateurish and is a complete disgrace. These lot should not be let anywhere near any blinds or shutters. Absolute disgrace.

Great customer service from Arshad at Lila?s Interiors. He looked after us and kept us updated throughout. No issues at all with the blinds and rollers fitted at the house. I will gladly recommend Arshad to my friends and family. Excellent service. Thanks again Arshad!

Have had the blinds for a few months now and work fine. There was an issue regarding the payment at the time of engagement but it was sorted out in the end. Overall a good experience and would recommend
