I went in to open a bank account for my son today and the two staff working were both so helpful,friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone. In contrast, I visited my own bank after and they quite frankly couldn't care less.

Since That Other Lady Left And Went To The Nottingham Building Society, Customer Service Has Gone Down Hill. I Recently Closed My Account And Gave Them Back Their Present They Sent Me. Nasty Bunch Of Bullies, More So One Who Sits In Her Little Hole Growling At Customers As The Enter The Front Door Like A Pitbull. My Money...
