I took my vehicle in to have the brakes looked at as they were juddering. I was told by the manage the earliest they can even take a look is the 4th of Feb no one even offered a visual inspection to check. And that date given was just for the inspection! Not fitting so I wonder when that would be absolutely appalling. Business must be booming for Kwik fit if they are turning customers away like this! Not the first time I have got such service from this garage either.Ended up going opposite to formula 1 auto centre they had my car on the ramp straight away pointed out what the issues were explained thoroughly what needed doing and offered to do the work there and then! Fantastic from them.

I came to kwikfit twice due to a flat tyre, my tyre keeps going flat. I was advised it was due to my alloys however I was not advised on how to prevent this going forward? Now my tyre is flat again, I have to spent another £100 on a Tyre which will happily be taken by you but we will not be provided with a resolution of the actual issue? Ive wasted £200 already

Had an appointment booked at 3.30- yet the tyre I ordered only arrived at 5 pm and it took a further hour for me to be able to drive away

Arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment, but they still took my car in straight away. Friendly and very polite chap at the desk. Twenty minutes later the technician came out and said the valve on my tyre was loose, causing the slow and continual release of air. He's tightened it, and checked the remaining tyres. And there's no charge! As it's classed as an inspection. Even though it still took up 20 minutes of his time, I didn't have to pay. Certainly feel I would trust them with car problems in future, definitely recommend.

Super helpful guys went in for a tyre change due to mot advisory, and whilst they were doing it, it replaced my wipers, which were smearing.One customer was shouting the odds at the manager because he wanted a tyre done there and then without an appointment. The staff kept their cool and dealt with the matter in a very professional manner. Credit to them. I'd have lost my rag back.

Long time ago I used kwick fit and staff was rude and giving wrong advice basically it was all about money to spend more.for last few years I have been going to abey lane staff is very good what they do they explain everything and is up to customer what he want and also very polite and very friendly they try to help give advice and also timing is excellent when you booked is always on time and I go there always and take my two cars there and will carry on going there in future many thanks.
