Asked for zinger rice box with extra zinger and cheese also chose to remove sweetcorns , heard the staff talk about removing sweetcorns and adding cheese and here we are still have sweetcorns .

I utilized the drive-thru, and despite no vehicles being present behind me, I was instructed to park at the front due to exceeding the allotted timeframe, resulting in unnecessary fuel consumption.

Worst KFC I?ve been to in my life. Awful service, very very rude and condescending staff. They always, always miss items. & When you call to complain & ask refund, they act like you?re trying to trick them, instead of an apology. They should have a designated bag checker with a camera if it?s such an issue in this store! Poor management. A shame to the brand.

The lady who worked there was very rude and shouting at us. I would give this an 0 if I can, I would never recommend going to this place if the people who are working are lazy and couldn?t be bothered to do anything.

Discusting food with hairs in it, soggy chicken and fries, less quantity that it should be, messy package all thrown in the bag. AVOID THIS STORE! Your best bet is chippy down the road, as this is no better but at a higher price.
